An ICOE training workshop was held between 8th and 10th September 2023 in Shenzhen, China. The course was held at Shenzhen Health Capacity Building and Continuing Education Center and was preceded by a TOT course in Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital. The course was conducted in partnership between Shenzhen Health Capacity Building and Continuing Education Center and Laerdal China.
